Shipping policy

Shipping rates:

we provide free delivery on all orders above ₹799/- onwards.Below 799/- we charge 100/- per shipment.

Processing/DISPATCHES:

Processing time:allow 2-3 business days for curating orders as all our products are mindfully hand curated.

Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in Nagaland. In general, most products are made-to-order, while some are ready-to-ship. For any orders with made-to-order items, please allow upto 2-3 business days for your order to ship out. Orders entirely consisting of ready-to-ship products can expect orders to go out within 1-2 business days.

During the holidays and major promotions, shipping times may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for a shipment and customers will receive a mail/sms that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number for the shipment.

 

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing our team at driedanddainty@gmail.com We will do our best and will inform you if we have trouble meeting your request.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3-4days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
